As far as trips abroad go, this one was about as uneventful as they come – which is a good thing! I read about 20 magazines before taking an Ambien and sleeping nearly a full 7 hours on the flight to Paris. The meals of the day were all courtesy of United Airlines:

Red Carpet Club breakfast: yogurt
In flight lunch: a chicken breast along with all of the hot almonds and champagne
Red Carpet Club dinner: cheese and crackers and carrots and celery sticks
