50th Birthday Celebration

We celebrated our friends’ joint 50th birthdays tonight with a special Asian dinner menu and everything turned out fabulously, if I do say so myself! the place settings you see above are from Pier 1, and the Asian symbol for longevity was perfect for a birthday bash.

Here’s the menu – call me if you need details on any dish!

Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Onion and Soy
in Wonton Cups

Pork and Shrimp Potstickers
with Teriyaki Dipping Sauce Laurent Perrier Champagne

Mixed Greens with Ginger Dressing, Radishes, and Toasted Almonds Miso-Soy Glazed Black Cod

with Edamame, Mango, Pepper and Onion Relish
