Chinese Steak
Serves 4

Marinate 1 pound cut sirloin pieces in:
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon sugar
1 crushed garlic clove

Cut up vegetables:
6 green onions
1 cup celery
1 box frozen snow peas, thawed
2 small tomatoes, chopped
(or substitute your favorite combo of vegetables to yield about 2 cups cut up)

Brown meat in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, then remove to a platter. Stir in cut vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes until tender crisp. Return meat to the pan and thicken with sauce made from:

1 tablespoon corn starch
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
