This California-style twist on the classic BLT is simply divine, and really hits the spot. No need for a recipe, just toast your favorite bread, slather with as much or as little mayo as you like, then layer crispy bacon, cool lettuce (even though it appears I forgot it in my photo!), juicy tomato slices, and creamy avocado slices. Sprinkle with some salt and pepper, close it up, and dig in!
