Peach BBQ Pork Spareribs
Serves 4

1 rack pork spareribs
3 medium peaches, peeled and diced
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons minced rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Season ribs with salt and pepper and lay on the bottom of a broiler pan lined with foil. Roast at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. While ribs are roasting, combine all other ingredients in a food processor and pulse to combine, then whirl until smooth. Remove ribs from oven and cover with sauce, then seal into a closed packet with a second piece of foil on top. Reduce oven to 250 degrees and cook for 3 hours. Remove top foil, increase oven to 350 degrees, and return ribs to oven to cook for 1 more hour or until ribs are nicely caramelized and meat falls from the bone.
