Steamed Mussels with Chickpeas and Chorizo

A few weekends ago I spent time cooking with my daughter and sharing everything I had learned in the Food and Light workshop I had taken. Then on Sunday night, she made this fabulous appetizer for our family and some friends. We enjoyed it al fresco with a nice crisp white wine, and the mussels were delicious.
