Creating a cookbook takes many steps and includes many decisions. Photos with each recipe? Yes, I insisted. Clean modern styling or rustic? A bit rustic, to give a Colorado feel, I suggested. How many recipes and what types? In this case, 120 recipes covering breakfast through dessert. I was recently interviewed for Stacy McKenzie’s TV show, Off the Page, which features “the story behind the story” for books by Colorado authors. It was a fun interview and gives you an inside peek into what it took to make the book, as well as some information about other aspects of my culinary career.
