Coperta Italian Rosato Dinner with Marczyk Fine Wines

Those happen to be two words I love: Italian and Rosato. When they are combined, you know I’m in! I signed up immediately when I heard about the wine pairing dinner at Coperta featuring Rosato wines from Italy. And while I had actually had all but one of these wines on my cooking trip to Italy, it was fun to have them paired so perfectly with these dishes from Coperta. The restaurant and the wine shop will be doing more of these dinners – the next one is all about mushrooms, on August 16th. Information is here.
