Combine soy sauce, honey and chili garlic paste in a small covered container and shake well to mix (you may need to heat for a few seconds in the microwave to soften the honey).
Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add the salmon and pour the glaze over the top. Cover and heat over medium until cooked through, just a few minutes. Uncover and let glaze thicken slightly.
Serve salmon over rice or quinoa with glaze spooned over the top.
