Apple Harvest Salad with Olomomo Spiced Pecans and Noosa Honey Yoghurt

  • 6 crisp apples (a variety of honey crisp, gala, and granny smith is nice), diced
  • 1 8-ounce container of Noosa honey yoghurt
  • 1 3.25-ounce bag Olomomo Maple Garam Masala Roasted Pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  1. Combine the apples with the yoghurt, pecans, and lemon juice and stir gently until everything is evenly coated. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
