Chocolate Coconut Fudge {Vegan}

- 2 ounces dark chocolate (at least 60%)
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- ½ cup milk (use non dairy alternative if vegan)
- ½ cup sweetened coconut
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth. Stir in the powered sugar and milk until evenly combined, and then stir in the coconut.
- Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray and spread fudge evenly into the dish. Refrigerate until firm.
