Chocolate Coconut Fudge {Vegan}

  • 2 ounces dark chocolate (at least 60%)
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • ½ cup milk (use non dairy alternative if vegan)
  • ½ cup sweetened coconut
  1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth. Stir in the powered sugar and milk until evenly combined, and then stir in the coconut.
  2. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray and spread fudge evenly into the dish. Refrigerate until firm.
