Ingredients
  • 3 ounces sushi grade tuna, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced fine
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • Avocado, ginger, or jalapeño slices, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Lay the tuna slices on the plate and set aside.
  2. Heat the lime juice, sesame oil, olive oil, and garlic in a small saucepan just until it starts to bubble, then pour over tuna slices. Drizzle the soy sauce over the top and garnish with avocado, ginger, and jalapeño slices. Serve immediately.
