Ingredients
  • 1 cup white rice, cooked
  • ½ cup dried cherries or cranberries
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds, toasted lightly
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Toss the warm cooked rice with the cherries, pumpkin sees and feta. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve hot.
