Sexy Rice

- 1 cup white rice, cooked
- ½ cup dried cherries or cranberries
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds, toasted lightly
- 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Toss the warm cooked rice with the cherries, pumpkin sees and feta. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve hot.
