slow food denver logoSlow Food Denver provides school garden support to about 65 schools in the Denver area through its Seed to Table Alliance program, which helps creates meaningful relationships between young people and food in order to transform the school food system. produce for pantriesProduce For Pantries encourages home, school and community gardeners to plant, grow and share produce with food pantries and hunger-relief organizations in their neighborhoods. I grow extra produce in my home garden and contribute it to my neighborhood pantry weekly in the summer. Read more.
