Have I ever shown you my appliance garages in my kitchen? Well I was busy in them this weekend and therefore I’ve got a big week coming on this blog, so make sure you visit! First up will be my cioppino recipe which turned out GREAT – and this is easy and impressive to make for a gathering of friends.Then I’ll be posting how to make homemade ricotta – isn’t it about time I posted this like most other bloggers I know? The only difference is that I’ll turn it into a fabulous crostini spread featuring this month’s olive oil from Gourmet Cooking & Living. I love using special olive oils and I’m eager to see your recipe for homemade ricotta. I tried one and wasn’t successful but I certainly want to try again.
