Peach and Watermelon Sorbet
Serves 8-103 cups very ripe peaches
3 cups watermelonPuree fruit in the blender until smooth. Freeze in an ice cream machine according to manufacturer’s directions, then continue freezing until firm in the freezer. Let thaw slightly to serve.
