Peach Crumble
Serves 6-8

8 peaches
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons sugar
8 tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup oats, rolled (raw)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour

Peel peaches and cut into wedges. Toss with flour and sugar and pour into a buttered 8 inch square or round oven-safe baking dish. Use your hands to combine butter, oats, brown sugar and flour. Crumble over the top of the peaches. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
