I jumped out of bed early this morning, knowing that the Tasting Colorado cookbook would be featured in today’s Denver Post. Let me tell you, for a foodie like me who has chosen to make a career out of teaching others to cook and food writing, it’s more than a small thrill to find yourself on the cover page of the Food section of your local newspaper!My 5 month old puppy Lucy was unimpressed, which helps keep me grounded.
