What do you make for dinner when it’s 90+ degrees outside, you have a crowd coming for dinner, and you want to make something to that will leave an impression? Something on the grill, that’s what. Sure, you can grill a steak, a burger, chicken, or any of the old standbys. And sure, people will be mighty happy just to have you cook for them. But this paella on the grill couldn’t be simpler and has much more stage presence on your outdoor dining table.I came up with the idea of this after a wine trip to Sonoma last year where one of the wineries had a paella party going on outside on the grill. So when Prairie Grove Farms asked me to focus on some summer recipes for their products, this was a natural fit. You will find the recipe over on their site and I hope you’ll check out their great sausage products and fresh meat. Good stuff!
