I was heating up some leftover meatloaf for dinner the other night, and decided I wanted something to jazz it up a bit. This glaze comes together in about 2 minutes, and you can either slather it on your meatloaf (or chicken, or anything else that cries out to you for some flavor) when you are serving it, or you can put this glaze on the meatloaf for the last 5-10 minutes in the oven. I found myself licking the spoon after I took this photo – I think you’ll love it too!
