Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon ground sage
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
  • ½ teaspoon dill (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combing the pork with all of the seasonings in a bowl until well mixed. Shape into patties or logs, or stuff into casings. Sear in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, about 5 minutes total, turning as needed. Drain on paper towels.
