Ingredients
  • 1 pound purple potatoes, cut into bite sized wedges and cooked until barely soft
  • 1 stalk of celery, diced small
  • Basil Shallot Pine Nut Dressing, to taste
Instructions
  1. Toss the potatoes and celery with desired amount of dressing. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for flavors to meld.
