Creamed Cauliflower with Boursin and Spring Onions

Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower, chopped into florets (about 5 cups)
1 package of Herb and Garlic Boursin cheese
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
4 spring onions, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Boil the cauliflower until tender, then drain and add to the bowl of a food processor along with the cheese, salt and pepper. Process until creamy. Pour into a serving dish and garnish with spring onions.
