Gently mix together lamb, onions, spices, bread crumbs, and egg. Form into small meatballs. Place onto a baking sheet lined with a silicone liner or parchment paper and bake at 375 degrees until cooked through, 20-30 minutes depending on the size of the meatballs.
To make yogurt sauce, stir all remaining ingredients together and let stand 10 minutes for flavors to meld.
