4 to 5 ounces 100-proof bourbon (I like Knob Creek)
1 ounce Aperol
1 ounce fresh lime juice
2 strips of orange peel for garnish
Instructions
Place the ice cubes in 2 glasses and divide the ginger between the 2 glasses. Combine the bourbon with the Aperl and lime juice and stir together. Pour evenly into the 2 glasses and stir each to combine the bourbon mixture with the ginger beer. Garnish with orange zest.
