Put a sugar cube in each of 4 flutes or wine glasses and sprinkle 2 dashes of bitters over each cube. Pour 2 ounces (or more if desired) of bourbon into each glass then top with 4 ounces of bubbly in each glass. Garnish each glass with a peach slice
