Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat, and the onion, pepper and mushrooms. Cook until slightly softened, then add the sausage and spices and cook until the sausage is heated through.
Sprinkle the flour over top and stir until it's absorbed, then add the tomatoes and milk, and cook until the sauce thickens. Stir in the parsley and the cooked pasta, and simmer for a minute, then serve.
