  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • ¾ cup cooked black beans
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ground cayenne pepper, optional
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Reheat cooked rice and beans, then toss with olive oil and spices. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
