Holiday Cooking Classes

Do you stress out about how to get the perfect holiday meal on the table? Do you end up so exhausted doing it that you just can’t enjoy the day with family and friends? Well fret no more!
In October, I’ll be teaching a special cooking class as part of Douglas County Libraries Season’s Eatings series called Beat The Clock: Timing Your Holiday Meal. I will demonstrate 3 different side dishes and serve up tastes for you to enjoy, and I’ll also talk about a game plan that will leave you free to watch the parade if you choose on Thanksgiving morning! You’ll leave with a recipes and tips to get you through the season.
