chefs-up-front-denver-cooking-matters-chef-troy-guardI tell everyone who will listen: Chefs Up Front, the signature fundraiser to help Cooking Matters in the mission to teach healthy cooking and nutrition as part of the effort to end childhood hunger, is by far the best fundraiser you will ever attend. Where else do you get 30 of the very best chefs in Denver to cook table side for your table of 10 guests while you enjoy a 5 course dinner with wine pairings? This year I was thrilled to find out Chef Troy Guard (owner of 6 restaurants: TAG, TAG Raw Bar, Los Chingones, Sugarmill and the newest, Guard and Grace) would be our personal chef for the event. Here’s our menu from the evening:chefs-up-front-denver-cooking-matters-octopus
