One week ago I lost the love of my life. He fought a heroic six month battle after suffering a massive brain hemorrhage from a ruptured aneurysm on October 21st when we landed in Madrid for vacation, but in the end, the damage to his brain was too great and he was unable to recover. I thought you might like to know a few of his favorites from this blog over the past many years. Cooking for him is just one of the very many things I will miss now that he’s gone, but rest assured I will keep cooking.
