Today’s Resolutions for Tomorrow’s Well-Being
December 19, 2013 • Food for Thought
I cook and share my love of cooking not just because I like to cook, but because I know that eating well has a profound impact on our mental and physical health. The choices we make today have a significant impact on the way we age in the future, and food is a perfect example.I’m making my resolutions early this year and thought I’d share them with you so that it might prompt you to think about any resolutions that will help you Get Old well too!
Make healthy choices – do things that will improve both my physical and mental health
Nurture relationships – my husband, my family, my friends, my colleagues
Continue to seek educational opportunities – aspire to be a lifelong learner and challenge my brain.
Have fun – after all, what’s the point of getting old if you can’t enjoy it?
