One of the very best things about raising a foodie daughter is enjoying restaurants together. For her 21st birthday, instead of wanting to fly to Vegas like so many kids, she asked if we could go to San Francisco to dine at what was then rated the best Italian restaurant in the US. Now, ten years later, she asked if we could dine at the newly opened Uchi in Denver. What a treat!
Bincho Tartare Maki: smoked albacore, avocado, pineapple wasabi, aioli
Machi Cure: smoked yellowtail, yuca, marcona almond
Kosho Crudo: tuna, poblano, apple, chili
Bluefin Chutoro: medium fatty tuna
