Balsamic Rosemary Grilled Pork Chops

It’s that time of year in the northern hemisphere, especially here in Colorado. Warm enough that you still want to grill, but cool enough that our bodies start craving heartier, comforting foods. This pork chop recipe, that I developed for Prairie Grove Farms, is the perfect “in between” food. Serve it with a simple salad for a lighter dinner if it’s warm, or with some hearty mashed potatoes if it’s cooler. You’ll find the recipe here.
