Thanksgiving Potato Side Dishes
November 23, 2015 • Side Dishes, Vegetables
I know for Thanksgiving, the turkey usually takes center stage. But the more I discuss this with friends and clients, the more I hear from people that they don’t really like turkey all that much. In fact, when I was in NY with my family one Thanksgiving, where everyone goes out to eat, not a single person at our table ordered the turkey on the menu! For me, it’s all about the side dishes. And when I say side dishes, I’m really thinking about the potatoes. If you’re stuck in a rut with the same simple whipped potatoes and gravy, here are a few favorite recipes I’ve developed over the years.
