Chefs Up Front 2018 – Range

Every year Cooking Matters Colorado hosts their most important annual fundraising event: Chefs Up Front. It’s more than a rubber chicken dinner – top chefs from Denver cook table side for ten lucky guests, a dramatic four course meal paired with wines, followed up with an inventive dessert prepared by D Bar chefs. I’ve been supporting Cooking Matters Colorado as a chef educator for 10 years now, helping families learn to shop and cook healthy foods on a budget. I’ve worked with kids, adults, and caregivers, and just completed my 40th class! For this year’s CUF event, I sat at the Cooking Matters leadership table this year, and loved the food prepared by the fabulous Chef Logan Woodward from Range.
