In years past I’ve kept a long list of restaurants that I’m intent on experiencing. Often life has gotten in the way of my life and I never make it to many of them. Then all of a sudden, embracing spontaneity, I had the thrill of dining at six new spots in just two weeks alone. Some I vaguely knew I wanted to try, but some, like Cuba Cuba, for some reason were not on my radar at all. Hope this roundup encourages you to get out and dine out!
