Restaurant Roundup: Jaleo, Las Vegas

It seems like a lifetime ago that I spent a fun short trip in Vegas. We had flown there to see Van Morrison in concert, and as I always do when in Vegas, I like to find special restaurants to experience. Having worked for Jose Andres’ World Central Kitchen in January when we were in Puerto Rico, in an effort to get food to the victims of the earthquakes there, we wanted to support one of his restaurants so chose Jaleo. Both the food and service were outstanding, so add this to your list for the next time you plan to visit Vegas.
