August 20, 2011 | Informational

I recently teamed up with Door to Door Organics here in Colorado to provide recipes for their new Kitchen section of their website. In exchange for my contribution, they are offering monthly Bitty Boxes to one of my lucky readers. Each month I’ll pick a new winner! This past week’s Local Bitty Box contained these great summer veggies:

1 Spinach bunch
1 Collard Greens bunch
1/2 pound Roma Tomatoes
2 Zucchini Squash
1 Cucumber
2 Ears of Sweet Corn
1 1/2 pounds of Fingerling Potatoes
1 Cantaloupe Melon

To enter, you must live within the their delivery area – click here to check your zip code and if you are within the delivery area, there are several ways you can enter to win:

1. Leave a comment on this post and tell me your favorite summer vegetable.
2. Follow me on Twitter – @CookWithMichele – then leave a comment here with your twitter handle telling me that you did.
3. Become a fan on Facebook then leave a comment here telling me that you did and include your Facebook name that you used.
4. Tweet about this giveaway (use @CookWithMichele in the tweet) then leave a comment here telling me that you did.

I’ll randomly pick a winner from the comments posted on Wednesday, August 24th at 5:00 PM MDT!

My favorite summer veggies are fresh heirloom tomatoes.I liked you on facebook and twitter and retweeted Lea Ann’s tweet about your give away. I used to get this box, too but with the local farmers market it just got to much. I would love to win it.
