Caribbean Lamb Curry
March 30, 2012 • Meat & Poultry
Today I’m guest posting over on my daughter’s blog, Savour the Senses. For those of you who don’t know her yet, watch out world – she’s going somewhere in the culinary field, I’m certain of it. She discovered her love of food and cooking only in the last couple of years, but has already managed to land a cook job at two fine dining restaurants, Salt in Boulder and Morimoto in Waikiki – she has even cooked side by side with the Iron Chef himself! And when she returns from Hawaii in a couple of months, she’ll be attending culinary school at Johnson & Wales. How could a foodie mom like me not be proud and thrilled!? So pop over to her blog today for this fabulous Lamb Curry that I’ve been meaning to make ever since I returned from my 12 day Caribbean sailing adventure.
