Simple Salad with Apples

December 11, 2023  •  Salads

Salads are always a good idea. They’re filled with nutrition and fiber, and they can be built to complement almost any meal. While a summery salad with fresh off the vine tomatoes is really only good in the summer, there are some classic combos that can be added to a base of greens that make a salad fitting for fall and winter. Apples, cheese, nuts – you get the idea. Feel free to change up the mix here or follow the recipe as I’ve written it!
