I’m not a fan of watermelon – or actually of any melon – but somehow when you combine it with peaches (or mango), it takes on an entirely different flavor. This sorbet is simple (just two ingredients) and healthy (no sugar added) so whip it up today and keep it in the freezer for summer snacking!
Peach and Watermelon Sorbet
3 cups very ripe peaches
3 cups watermelon
Puree fruit in the blender until smooth. Freeze in an ice cream machine according to manufacturer’s directions, then continue freezing until firm in the freezer. Let thaw slightly to serve.
