I’m happy to announce that I’ve scheduled the dates for my next cooking trip to Italy. Without a doubt, taking guests to Italy is by far my favorite part of my business. I’ve been to Rome 10 times, and love sharing it with others.I’ve taken groups on 3 trips to The Awaiting Table Cookery School in Puglia, and I’ll be returning to the castle with a group in May of 2013. I plan the trip far in advance to give everyone time to budget for the trip, make plans to use miles to book flights, and to brush up on some basic Italian.
