It’s no surprise that I gravitate toward Italian restaurants for special dinners out – this time for a friend’s 60th birthday. I’ve been taking guests on a food and wine adventure to Italy for ten years now! Bar Dough is currently under the helm of Top Chef contestant Chef Carrie Baird, who turned a simple appetizer called fancy toast into a cult. We indulged for sure – but the rest of the food is outstanding and this is a restaurant to return to over and over.
