Easiest Trick to Peel Hardcooked Eggs

July 23, 2015  •  Technique, Videos

Jackson-Hole-from-passI recently spent a few days in Jackson Hole, having a reunion with some sorority sisters from college that I hadn’t seen all together as a group in over 30 years. We hung out at a friend’s home there and caught up with each other and laughed more than I think I’ve laughed in years!Kappas-in-Jackson-HoleMy friend Lisa (back, second from the right, in glasses) asked me if I knew the tip for peeling hard cooked eggs in a glass. No, I didn’t know that, but I was intrigued for sure. She demonstrated, I was impressed, and so I’ve created a short video to show you exactly how it’s done. Easy as pie – thanks Lisa!

Note: I didn’t mention it in the video, but be sure to put about 1/2 inch of water in the glass with the egg!
